BioData.pt launched a portal for the deposition and management of scientific data, in order to support the national scientific system, and in particular the research effort around COVID-19.

The BioData.pt Data Management Portal aims to promote good data management practices such as the FAIR principles. It supports the open science movement and facilitates the access and reuse of data already available, thus encouraging new research. This portal is an instance of Dataverse.

The BioData.pt Data Management Portal is open access, and is available at dmportal.biodata.pt.
